Roland "Buster" Williams, Jr. Wins Boots
Prior to the 2007 Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show, the Rodeo Committee submitted Roland Williams, Jr.'s name for the 2007 John Justin Standard of the West Award.
On Thursday, December 13, a pair of Justin Boots was delivered to the Livestock Show office just minutes before the scheduled Board Meeting.
