Charmaine Thomae
Charmaine represents the Highland Hustlers 4-H. She is the daughter of Dennis and Galyn Thomae. Charmaine is 16 years old, a junior at Los Fresnos High School and the Captain of the Varsity Tennis Team. She serves as reporter of the Cameron County 4-H County Council and Secretary for Tip O Tex District FFA. Charmaine is also a member of the South Texas Cotillion Club, the American Paint Horse Association and the American Quarter Horse Association. She was awarded an AQHA All Around Horseman Trophy and named all Around High Point Champion Horseman of the District 12 4-H Horse Show. Charmaine participates in many community service events such as food drives, school supply drives, Humane Society of Harlingen, Toys for Tots and Cell Phones for Soldiers. Her plans after graduation are to attend Texas A & M University in College Station to major in Chemistry and continue on with a Pharmaceutical Degree.
